In my continuing attempts to help my film readers who aren’t interested in my urban planning stuff, and vice-versa, I’ve also created separate mailing lists that cover just my film content and just my urban planning content. These are also in the right hand column, or alternatively here:
Hopefully these will be attractive options for those who have no interest in one or other of the major “streams” of my content. (You can also view the site at category specific URLs: www.sterow.com/film and www.sterow.com/urbanplanning).
This supplements the existing ways to be alerted to new posts:
- There’s an RSS feed here. This is an attractive option for the super web-savvy as it can be used with a variety of other web reader services. A film only feed is here and an urban planning feed is here.
- You can follow through facebook here.
- You can follow me on twitter here. While I do post all new articles to twitter, the nature of twitter means this isn’t really a subscription to the site so much as an alternate contact / interaction format.
I hope people find these options helpful, rather than simply overwhelming. Please let me know if you have feedback on how any of these services are working.
